Haapapuro designed this installation for K12 Gallery/TEJAS. The individual elements were made by children, and strung to fill a large window. Observing the focus with which the children took on the task, their willingness to give their creation to the gallery, and the camaraderie that developed while they worked, Haapapuro began to plan ways to channel that energy towards a project to celebrate kindness and generosity.
